As a work-in-progress, this page shows my publications. My first peer-reviewed article was published under the tutelage of Dr. Lee Mountain while I was in graduate school at the University of Houston. She was not only my professor, but also on my dissertation committee. I will remember her impact on me for the rest of my life. In other words, during my academic studies I was fortunate enough to have astute professors who guided my work toward publication. Thank you, Dr. Mountain, for early-on a) seeing my writing potential and b) understanding my writing style. Shortly after my first article was published, my second article was accepted by another peer-reviewed journal. After that, I worked for years on my dissertation study. Currently, I am writing a fantasy fiction book that plays out in a rainforest setting where characters are rainforest animals.

Looking forward

Some of my clients already know that I am always working on writing something. So, I will use this page to share my writing with you.

Student inspiration

One of my goals includes writing a book. Many of my students have inspired me. Sometimes students do not realize how much the adults in their life learn from them. This happens to me all the time. So, students inspire adults! This webpage serves as my own personal writer’s GPS. My students are the stars – stars of inspiration. As time goes on, my writing compass will point in this direction.
